I am so happy to add another 5 star review for Step by Step! They are truly the best company I've ever had help me with my home. Eric answered my Yelp inquiry right away, answered some of my initial questions, and scheduled an appointment for 2:00 the next day. To my surprise, he called me at 10:30 and said he could come early. He and Antonio diagnosed my problem and fixed it on the spot, saving me HUNDREDS of dollars over the quote from one of the big companies (who also had LIED to me about the severity of my problem as well). They were also very nice to talk to and very nice to our old dog. I can't say enough nice things about them. Thank you, Eric and Antonio!
