Let me start off by saying Eric and Antonio were great to work with. I initially hired another company for an AC tune-up to get ready for summer, and—as expected—they came back with a long list of “urgent” repairs. I decided to get a second opinion and had Step by Step come out. They were excellent—very straightforward, honest, and no BS. They actually performed the cleaning and tune-up the first company claimed to have done, and they walked me through everything that had been flagged, explaining what it really meant. Their assessment was very different and ended up saving me thousands of dollars by avoiding unnecessary repairs. I’m extremely glad I found them and will be using them for all my AC and heating needs moving forward.

I cannot say enough good things about Eric and Step by Step!!! They are professional and dedicated to their customers. Eric fixed my AC with great diligence, even when it was complicated they found every possible solution and option for the problems my AC was having. The company came to my house three consecutive days until it was fixed. They charge a fair price and do quality work and service. You will not get a better deal than this company. He was honest and up front with me from the start and that is very hard to find in Vegas. I never leave reviews, but he saved me from having to replace my whole AC unit. If you’re looking for quality work at an amazing cost, he is your guy. I cannot recommend enough. I will be calling him for any future needs and maintenance. He is trustworthy and thorough. He maintenanced all my AC equipment for me after he completed service on my unit. You can tell he truly cares about the customers inside the home and not just the business side of it. Call him for anything you need for your AC you will not be disappointed!!!

What every other heating and air conditioning service company should strive to be! Here's why: Eric, the owner of Step by Step, answered my call at 7:45 p.m. on a Friday evening, was professional, friendly, got all of the details I could provide concerning my A/C unit and the issues it was having, got my contact info and address, and said he'd be to my house the next day at a time that worked for me (10 a.m. - noon). He arrived right at 10 a.m., was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He quickly identified the failed and failing components in the unit and discovered the previous company that serviced it had cut corners, which caused early failure and were dangerous (fire risk). He showed and explained to me everything that caused the unit to fail and was on the verge of burning out. Eric did a quick check of my other unit and rinsed it out for me. The unit he repaired is quieter and performs better than it has ever before (older unit). I live in Boulder City, have used the local company before (the one that cut corners and did/left something a fire risk), and I've used companies from the Las Vegas valley in the past. As long as Eric is in the heating & a/c business, I will call him and only him for service and a future replacement! This guy sets the bar for all other companies! Thank you, Eric, for the most honest, professional, friendly, and high-quality service I've ever received for a home-related matter.
